STATUS / SCORES OF GAMES

As of 9:00 a.m., all games scheduled for today, Saturday, May 10, in Willowbrook Park and MacArthur Park on Staten Island are POSTPONED due to wet field conditions. As of now, all other games will be PLAYED AS SCHEDULED. Check back here for any updates. Teams that play this weekend, please send the scores of your games to Randy (use the email link at the bottom of the column at right) no later than 12:00 noon Monday.

PLAYING FOR LIFE V

This year, the Playing for Life Tournament returns to the Fourth of July weekend (games will be played on Friday and Saturday, July 4-5). Registration is now open. For complete details, visit the Playing for Life Web site.

League News...

• The next meeting of the BASL Governing Body is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 14, at the Lesbian & Gay Community Center, 208 W. 13 St., Manhattan. The NAGAAA ratings clinic will take place at 8:00 p.m. (directly after the Governing Body meeting).
  


• The next meeting of the Playing For Life Committee is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 21, at 50 W. 17 St. (11th Floor), Manhattan (near Splash).
