Directions to Prospect Park (Brooklyn)

BY CAR

FROM BROOKLYN BRIDGE:

Go forward past 6 traffic lights to Atlantic Avenue.

Turn left onto Atlantic Avenue and go one mile to Flatbush Avenue.

Turn right onto Flatbush. Continue down Flatbush to Grand Army Plaza. As you go around the Plaza, bear right. Follow signs for Prospect Park West (which borders the park).

Find a parking space as close as possible to 9th Street. Walk into the park, following the subway directions below.


FROM MANHATTAN BRIDGE:

Go forward, then turn right onto Flatbush Avenue. Follow directions from Brooklyn Bridge.

BY SUBWAY

Take F train to the Seventh Avenue station in Brooklyn; use exit at front of station (if coming from Manhattan).

You are at Eighth Ave. & 9th Street. Walk up the hill along 9th Street to the Park.

Walk into the park, pass the monument, cross the roadway. Walk down the hill to the right to the fields.
